GPF Statement - To view the Annual GPF statement of GPF Accounts, GPF Series, number and GPF PIN is required. In case, the GPF PIN is not available with the GPF subscriber, it may be obtained by applying in the form available on the website. For down loading form for GPF PIN link is given below.
Date of Birth not available - The subscriber’s whose details are given in the list, their date of birth is not available with this office. They are required to send us a scan copy of the first page of service book of the subscriber’s alongwith their mobile number at mail id agaeUttarpradesh1@cag.gov.in

Mobile Registration Form for SMS- For Mobile registration to access the information through the website, the GPF subscriber is advised to send their request to Deputy Accountant General (Funds), O/o the AG(A&E)-I & II,UP, 20-Sarojini Naidu Marg, Allahabad-211001 through their Drawing and Disbursing Officer
Mobile Registration for SMS- For getting the GPF Details monthly Credit, debit & Missing) though SMS on mobile, and for yearly status i.e. Opening Balance, deposit, withdrawal, all the subscribers are requested to register their mobile nos. on the site. For registration of mobile number- GPF Series, GPF no. , Date of Birth and Mobile number is required.

Status of Single Window Complaint – In order to facilitate obtaining information on the status of the complaint received through SINGLE WINDOW CLEARANCE CELL, the status has been hosted on the composite website of this office. The complainant may know the status of their complaint after a period of about one month from the date of receipt of the complaint by accessing the website and after feeding /specifying the Office Name and Diary No. provided at the acknowledgment of the complaint.
GPF Reconciliation letter/ Final Payment Authority – To view the GPF Reconciliation letter /Final Payment Authority, Treasury name, DDO name, GPF Series, number and GPF PIN (issued to subscribers/DDOs) is required.
